An apprentice attorney at the Brussels Bar, Me Camille Deltenre holds a Master’s degree in criminal and civil law as well as a Master’s degree in criminology from the Université libre de Bruxelles. Her research work, dedicated respectively to the non bis in idem principle and to feminicide, were each awarded high honors (grande distinction), with the latter receiving a prize from the Université des Femmes. Her dual academic background, further extended by publishing activities, has allowed her to develop a particularly rigorous method of legal analysis. Before her admission to the Brussels Bar, she gained nearly six years of experience within law firms, where she developed an in-depth practice in civil and commercial litigation.

As part of her practice at Grisay Lawyers & Consultants, she assists companies and individuals in civil and commercial disputes. She focuses primarily on business law, notably in shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, litigation between companies, or proceedings involving distressed businesses, as well as contract law and intellectual property. She has a particular interest in judicial law, and more specifically in matters of civil procedure and procedural strategy.

She also handles cases falling under European and international law as well as administrative law, particularly regarding asset freezing and economic sanctions, the European civil service, zoning and planning, environmental law, and administrative liability.

She practices primarily in French and also works in Dutch and English.

Me Sibylle THENAISY holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Lyon, complemented by an institutional diploma specializing in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as a Master 1 in International and European Law from Toulouse Capitole University, where she graduated at the top of her class. She then obtained a Master 2 in International Trade and Investment Law from the Catholic University of Lyon, before completing her academic journey with an LL.M. at St. John’s University in New York, giving her a solid command of American law.

A French attorney-at-law admitted to the Lille Bar, she practiced for several years as a legal counsel in São Paulo within a firm specializing in international business law, where she developed sharp expertise in international financing, particularly in the agri-food sector. She joined Grisay Lawyers & Consultants for her final bar school internship and now continues her practice there as an associate.

Her academic and professional background enables her to offer a dual geographical specialization focused on the Americas: on one hand, North America, thanks to her training in New York in US law and Common Law; on the other hand, Latin America, supported by her studies and her years of practice in Brazil.

Within the firm GRISAY, she focuses primarily on international law (including human rights), European law, as well as trade flows and commercial relations between Europe and Brazil. Her areas of practice cover commercial contracts and international investments, including real estate, European Union customs law, the WTO, and French public and administrative law.

Admitted to the Lille Bar (France) and practicing in Brussels, Sibylle works in French, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Alexandre Phan has over 25 years of experience in financial structuring, fund structuring, legal services, and accounting. Today, he leads Lux Numeris S.à r.l., an international Fiduciary firm and Family Office, leveraging the expertise gained from previous structures he co-founded in 2011.

Lux Numeris serves a high-profile international clientele (including entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, wealthy families, and institutional groups). The firm assists them with all their specific requirements—such as relationships with private banks and asset management companies—as well as providing domiciliation, administration, structuring, tax, and governance services within a multi-jurisdictional environment.

A lawyer by training (specializing in Corporate Tax and European Law), Alexandre also holds degrees in Accounting & Finance. He has been officially registered as a Chartered Accountant (Expert-Comptable) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg since 2004.

Alexandre began his career at a major law firm before moving to international audit firms. He subsequently joined several leading banking and financial groups, where he held executive positions in compliance, legal affairs, risk management, and the structuring of regulated funds.

Me Dominique GRISAY obtained a law degree and a certificate of aggregation for higher education of the Université Catholique de Louvain. He also holds a certificate in international and European law from the University of Leyden.

He is lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1985 and founded Grisay lawyers & consultants.

He works in international and European Union law and deals with all issues related to international contracts and investments, administrative and judicial competition proceedings in Belgium, France and at European level as well as anti-dumping proceedings.

He works in French, English, Dutch.

Me GRISAY is also a member of European Law Commission of the OBFG (Order of French-speaking and German-speaking Bars), Arbitrator (CEPANI, ICSID, ICC), and he teaches at the HEFF (Brussels) and at the University of Bordeaux.

He is also the author of numerous scientific publications.

Me Frank PERIGAUD obtained a master’s degree in general private law from the University of Paris Nord (Paris 13). He is a member of the Val d’Oise Bar and of the Brussels’ Bar since 1996.

Me PERIGAUD is co-heading the Real Estate Law and Construction Law divisions at the Cabinet BUISSON & Associés in Pontoise and Paris. He has also maintained, since 1996, his Brussels’ office at Grisay, lawyers and consultants’ office.

He works in French.
