Alexandre Phan has over 25 years of experience in financial structuring, fund structuring, legal services, and accounting. Today, he leads Lux Numeris S.à r.l., an international Fiduciary firm and Family Office, leveraging the expertise gained from previous structures he co-founded in 2011.

Lux Numeris serves a high-profile international clientele (including entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, wealthy families, and institutional groups). The firm assists them with all their specific requirements—such as relationships with private banks and asset management companies—as well as providing domiciliation, administration, structuring, tax, and governance services within a multi-jurisdictional environment.

A lawyer by training (specializing in Corporate Tax and European Law), Alexandre also holds degrees in Accounting & Finance. He has been officially registered as a Chartered Accountant (Expert-Comptable) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg since 2004.

Alexandre began his career at a major law firm before moving to international audit firms. He subsequently joined several leading banking and financial groups, where he held executive positions in compliance, legal affairs, risk management, and the structuring of regulated funds.

Me Dominique GRISAY obtained a law degree and a certificate of aggregation for higher education of the Université Catholique de Louvain. He also holds a certificate in international and European law from the University of Leyden.

He is lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1985 and founded Grisay lawyers & consultants.

He works in international and European Union law and deals with all issues related to international contracts and investments, administrative and judicial competition proceedings in Belgium, France and at European level as well as anti-dumping proceedings.

He works in French, English, Dutch.

Me GRISAY is also a member of European Law Commission of the OBFG (Order of French-speaking and German-speaking Bars), Arbitrator (CEPANI, ICSID, ICC), and he teaches at the HEFF (Brussels) and at the University of Bordeaux.

He is also the author of numerous scientific publications.

Me Frank PERIGAUD obtained a master’s degree in general private law from the University of Paris Nord (Paris 13). He is a member of the Val d’Oise Bar and of the Brussels’ Bar since 1996.

Me PERIGAUD is co-heading the Real Estate Law and Construction Law divisions at the Cabinet BUISSON & Associés in Pontoise and Paris. He has also maintained, since 1996, his Brussels’ office at Grisay, lawyers and consultants’ office.
