She represents companies and individuals before Belgian courts in a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder conflicts, directors’ liability, litigation between companies, distressed businesses and insolvency proceedings.
She also handles contractual and intellectual property matters.
With a particular interest in civil procedure and litigation strategy, she assists clients at every stage of judicial proceedings.

Sibylle THENAISY is a consultant. Her practice focuses on international and European law, both in advisory and litigation matters.

With a background in corporate tax and European law, and as a Chartered Accountant registered in Luxembourg since 2004, he has held senior positions in banking and financial services, including in compliance, legal, risk management and fund structuring.

Me Dominique GRISAY holds a Law Degree and a Postgraduate Teaching Certificate for higher education from the Université Catholique de Louvain, as well as a Certificate in International and European Law from Leyden University.
A member of the Brussels Bar since 1985, he founded GRISAY Lawyers & Consultants in 1977.
He works in international and European Union law and deals with issues related to international contracts and investments, administrative and judicial competition proceedings in Belgium, France and at European level, as well as anti-dumping proceedings.
Over the years, he has also developed a practice in European sanctions regimes, advising on proceedings for the release of frozen assets as well as voluntary firewalls.
Me GRISAY is also a member of European Law Commission of the OBFG (Order of French-speaking and German-speaking Bars), Arbitrator (CEPANI, ICSID, ICC), and he used to teach at the HEFF (Brussels) and at the University of Bordeaux.
He is the author of numerous scientific publications.
