Me Dominique GRISAY obtained a law degree and a certificate of aggregation for higher education of the Université Catholique de Louvain. He also holds a certificate in international and European law from the University of Leyden.

He is lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 1985 and founded Grisay lawyers & consultants.

He works in international and European Union law and deals with all issues related to international contracts and investments, administrative and judicial competition proceedings in Belgium, France and at European level as well as anti-dumping proceedings.

He works in French, English, Dutch.

Me GRISAY is also a member of European Law Commission of the OBFG (Order of French-speaking and German-speaking Bars), Arbitrator (CEPANI, ICSID, ICC), and he teaches at the HEFF (Brussels) and at the University of Bordeaux.

He is also the author of numerous scientific publications.

Me Elisabeth DE DESSUS LES MOUSTIER obtained a master’s degree, with distinction, in international law and international legal studies at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2016.

Her graduation work on « The Case concerning Phamaceutical and Parapharmaceutical Activites in Guatanamo Naval and Coal Base » received the highest honor.

She also participated in the Rousseaux pleading contest in international law and won the prize for best written thesis and the pleading prize.

Me DE DESSUS LES MOUSTIER is member of the Brussels Bar since 2018 and practices family law, tenancy law, commercial law at Grisay lawyers & consultants.

She works in French, English and has a decent level of Dutch.

Anne ANSAY is a member of the Brussels Bar and she is working at Grisay Lawyers & Consultant for three years. She is specialized in European and international law and deals with international contracts between companies. She also works with public bodies on issues relating to European law.

She studied in France and Belgium, giving her dual expertise. After his studies, Anne has worked in law firms in several countries, including France and Greece. She has also acquired a wide range of interpersonal skills working in the legal departments of international companies.

Anne Ansay has published in European law and European competition law.

She is currently Managing Partner Brussels at the firm. She therefore heads the litigation team in Belgium. For some years now, she has been handling disputes in construction law and, more generally, in business law.

She has a particular interest in children’s law that is why she is a volunteer with the ChildFocus association for several years and provides legal advice to the Innocence in Danger association.

She is also a teacher at the “Institut des carrières commerciales” and at the “Haute école Fransisco Ferrer” in Brussels

Me Barbara KOOPS obtained a master’s degree in private law from the University of Strasbourg III. She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1988.

She is specialized in private international law, civil law, liability law, family and private law.

Me KOOPS also represents and assists children before Luxembourg courts as ad hoc administrator.

She works in French and English.

She is also a member of « Family Law » Commission of the Luxembourg Bar and an honorary member of the International Association for Young Lawyers (AIJA) since 2010.

Me MENEVEAU holds a DESS in international business law. She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1993 and of the Nancy Bar since 2007.

After ten years of practice with a lawyer specialized in appeal procedures, she has set up her own practice.

Me MENEVEAU is specialized in private international law, commercial law, real estate law, family law (adoption).

She works in French and English.

She is also a founding member of the first BNI group created in Lorraine.

Me Camille MASCIOCCHI is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019 and works in the Law Firm Barbara KOOPS.

She has a master’s degree in European private law of the University of Luxembourg. She also holds a Certificate of Complementary Training in Luxembourg Law and a Certificate in Accountancy, Business Management issued by the Centre National Privé de Formation à Distance (CNFDI).

She is specialized in European law, family law, liquidation of matrimonial regimes.

She works in French and English.

In addition to her legal profession, she provides services as a legal quality consultant for the editorial team of the State Information Technology Center (CTIE) of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Me Océane PIERREZ has been with the firm for three years. As a trainee, she was able to develop the international, European and national side of the business. Drawing on her years with the firm, Océane’s priority is to fight for her clients’ interests in all circumstances.

Océane is aware that she still has a great deal to learn and is acquiring new legal knowledge every day. Thanks to her future colleagues, Océane is learning to develop her full potential. Concentrating on European and international law, Océane is also developing her skills in national litigation, practising in areas such as employment law, company law and property law.

Océane believes that the watchword in business management is pragmatism. Listening to our clients’ needs and being available are, in our view, essential to the successful management of our cases.

Océane is fluent in French and has a satisfactory level of English. Specialising in international law (private and public), Océane hopes to learn even more alongside her dynamic and motivated team.

Me Frank PERIGAUD obtained a master’s degree in general private law from the University of Paris Nord (Paris 13). He is a member of the Val d’Oise Bar and of the Brussels’ Bar since 1996.

Me PERIGAUD is co-heading the Real Estate Law and Construction Law divisions at the Cabinet BUISSON & Associés in Pontoise and Paris. He has also maintained, since 1996, his Brussels’ office at Grisay, lawyers and consultants’ office.

He works in French.

Ms Salma Harouch holds a bachelor’s degree in law and is currently working on a master’s degree in law at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

She works and speaks in French and Arabic and has already gained an excellent practical knowledge of business through her former job positions.

Within the firm Grisay lawyers & consultants, she is responsible for Belgian-Arab international relationships.
